You can optionally connect your Google or Microsoft account so Wagoo can show your upcoming meetings alongside your loan records. If you do, we access:

• Basic profile and email address: to identify which account is connected
• Calendar events (read-only): event titles, times, locations, and attendees, so meetings can appear in your CRM and be matched to your borrower records by attendee email

How we handle this data:

• We never modify, create, or delete anything in your calendar or mailbox
• OAuth tokens are stored server-side only, encrypted at rest, and are never exposed to your browser or other users
• Calendar data is used solely to provide the meeting-sync feature; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models
• No human reads this data except with your explicit permission, or where necessary for security or to comply with law
• Disconnecting the integration in Settings deletes your tokens immediately; synced meeting records can be removed on request. You can also revoke access anytime from your Google Account or Microsoft account settings

Wagoo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You have control over your personal data and privacy:

Wagoo operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
