    Does the free trial require a card?

    Yes. You add a card when the trial starts and the first charge happens after day 7; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

    Is pricing per seat?

    Yes: $79 per seat per month on CRM + AI, $150 per seat on CRM + AI Pro. You're billed for the seats in your workspace; add one for each teammate you invite.

    What if the import gets something wrong?

    The agent shows you everything it mapped (the file summary, the matched fields, the row count) before a single record is written. Rows it can't read are skipped and reported, not guessed, and every imported field stays editable in the CRM.

    What comes over when I switch?

    Loans, borrowers, rates, points, dates, statuses, and notes, from a CSV or Excel export of LendingWise, Mortgage Automator, or your own spreadsheet. Documents attach to deals as you work; anything the import can't place lands on the deal record so nothing is lost.

    Does my payment history come over?

    Not automatically yet. The import brings loans, borrowers, terms, dates, statuses, and notes; payment history and documents live on each deal as you work. If you're carrying years of payment records, bring them to your demo and we'll walk through the options together.

    Can I control what my team can see and do?

    Members join with a role: admins manage workspace settings, members, and configuration; teammates work the shared book. Finer-grained, field-level permissions are on the roadmap; tell us what your shop needs.

    What happens to my data if I don't subscribe?

    Your book stays intact. Subscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off, or email us and we'll delete the workspace entirely.

    Is my data used to train AI models?

    No. AI features read your book to do their job (drafting a memo, mapping an import) and nothing more.
